2/. Restaurant, Bar & Reception Duty Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager who is passionate about delivering exemplary guest experiences, developing passion in the team and who will take pride in and professionally manage our bar, restaurant and function spaces. This is a hand-on role and requires someone with a calm and focused approach to manage a very busy food and beverage operation during peak times and seasons. Must have a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
