The Owners and team at The Swan Hotel, located in the world-renowned Georgian town of New Alresford Hampshire is excited about re-opening and welcoming back our customers after a year of lock downs and restrictions.

We are coming back with a renewed energy, new concepts, new menus, and a team that cannot wait to welcome and serve our community and our visitors.

We have some great positions available:

1/. Bartender and Mixologist

We are looking for an experienced Bartender and Mixologist who is passionate about delivering exemplary guest experiences, developing passion in the team and who will take pride and manage our beer, wine, and spirit offerings. You must have extensive knowledge and experience with at least two years of high-volume mixology under your belt.

Successful candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Previous cocktail experience gained within a high-end destination bar.

• An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations.

• The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Have a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

2/. Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced Front of House & Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exemplary guest experiences, developing passion in the team and who will take pride in and professionally manage our bar, restaurant and function spaces. This is a hand-on role and requires someone with a calm and focused approach to manage a very busy food and beverage operation during peak times and seasons.

Successful candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Previous FoH experience gained in a fast-paced hotel, pub or restaurant.

• An entrepreneurial style and drive for F&B operations.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Experience in rostering, managing and training staff.

• Experience in menu design and promotions.

• Experience in Inventory, stock and cost control management.

• Have a great work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

3/. Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie who is passionate about delivering high quality and well present food. The right candidate must be enthusiastic, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Chef de Partie responsibilities include:

• Producing dishes to meet the required standard

• Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

• Assisting with deliveries

• Stock control
