Give them a Swan Hotel gift voucher which can be exchanged or used in part payment for a number of Treats, be it a stay in one of our rooms, dinner in our restaurant, a relaxing drink at the bar or a delicious afternoon tea (Please note it cannot be redeemed when staying on a Saturday night).

Terms & Conditions

Swan hotel gift vouchers can be redeemed against goods and services soulely at The Swan Hotel & Restaurant. For hotel guests any charge that can be charged to a guest’s room can be paid for with a voucher.

Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers.

Voucher holders must mention the voucher number at the time of booking and present it on arrival at the hotel.

With the exception possible postage fees, no service or use fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of vouchers in connection with the sale of the voucher.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the month of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself. The validity of the vouchers can not be extended unless approved by the Management. The amount available for redemption on each voucher shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the one stated on the voucher or the value of the corresponding service at the time of redemption.

The Swan Hotel is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or stolen. If your voucher is lost or stolen, please alert us immediatly at swanhotel@btinternet.com or by telephone on 01962 732302, seven days a week, and we will endeavour to arrange the issue of a replacement voucher. We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we believe that the voucher was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
